When will I get this product?
The product is shipped within 24 hours on working days (Mon-Sat). The typical delivery time is 1-2 days for metros and 2-4 days for other cities. Orders received on Sunday or holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day.
Exceptions:
In case you've ordered more than 5 pieces of the same product OR if the item ordered is marked under pre-order or in production, it may take longer to process your order.
During busy periods such as holidays or unforeseen circumstances, there may be a delay in processing your order.
For items not in stock, it could take 2-6 weeks for the item to be dispatched.

What is the exchange/return policy for this product?
We do not accept return requests due to the nature of materials and the usage of the products. We do not take any products back unless there is transit damage. Books are also not returnable. Return requests for transit damages placed after 24 hours of receiving are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What is the refund timeline?
Once an order is approved for a refund, it will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
What is the replacement timeline for damaged or missing parts?
This will be dependent on the available spare parts or stock of the product. If we have the required parts, then the delivery timelines would be 3-4 working days from the time the replacement is approved. In case of non-availability of parts, we request additional time to arrange for the same.
